All our sessions are led by qualified Youth Workers, Tutors and Coaches that hold an enhanced DBS check. Every youth session is overseen by a member of our leadership team ensuring the high-quality delivery of our services and activities. All of our youth sessions and activities are fully accessible.

We are happy to announce that the Avenues Youth Project will be delivering a restricted face to face service over the Summer holidays.
This year we will be doing things a little differently and children and young people will be attending camps and will need to register in advance for a period of 1 week per activity.
There will be a morning session from 10:00 - 13:00 for children aged 8 - 12 years and an afternoon session for our older members from 13:00 - 16:00 the numbers below reflect the amount of children that can attend the morning camp and how many young people can attend the afternoon camp.

Keen to Cook, Mon - Fri (4 places available per week)
Activity Room, Mon - Fri (10 places available per week)
Dance, Wed - Fri (10 places available per week)
Art Attack, Mon - Fri (8 places available per week
Football Camp, Mon - Friday (outside secure pitch with 10 places available per week)
Recording studio, Mon - Fri (3 places available per week)
Summer learning loss/recovery programme (8 places available per week)

We may not be able to work with you at the youth club, but we want to keep you active so are offering some amazing activities and workshops that you can join in with.

Cooking - Experience the enticing and tasty culinary world of food. Explore healthy cooking with a twist
Dance - Dance lessons for beginners, contemporary, street dance, ballet and jazz 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm (8 - 12-year-olds)
Dance - Contemporary, Jazz, Dance Fusion & Street Dance. Professional dance coach. 7:30pm - 8:30pm (All dance abilities welcome - 13 - 18-year-olds)
Arts & Crafts - customise bags and t-shirts, create beautiful smelling candles, bath bombs, slime, soaps, painting and clay modelling and more.
Health and Wellbeing workshops
Girls Football - Do you love football? Do you want to be a part of or train with an all-girls football team? Then this session is for you. 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Football and various sporting activities with London Sports
Workshops - Health and Wellbeing, Stay Safe Project
Cooking - learn how to make quick and healthy snacks with the occasional naughty treat
Computers - 30 minute slots
Arts and Crafts - painting, clay modelling, sewing, journaling, soap, bath bomb, slime and candle making
Secondary Zone - Transition space for young people aged 11 - 13. Offering enrichment projects, leadership skills with London Youth and the BBC Young Reporters, emotional support, mentoring and help with homework and exams
FREE Guitar lessons with MUSICUS Thursday and Friday. Guitars are provided -4:00 - 6:00

Freestyles Fridays offer you a fun packed evening of social opportunities that encourage you to have fun with your friends in a safe and productive setting. Staffed by qualified youth workers, tutors and coaches we offer young people full access to what will prove to be a fantastic night.

In the Kitchen - Throughout the month; weeks 1&2 drop in cooking sessions, week 3 Cooking Club with Pattie and Punch (enrol now as places are limited) Last Friday of the month SAVs @ Aves pop up cafe.
In the Recording Studio - OFFERING YOUNG PEOPLE SOME AMAZING OPPORTUNITIES & EXPERIENCES. Run by industry professionals spending time in our studio will bare some rewarding surprises!
In the Sports Hall - Football with DS Football Academy - 7:00 - 8:30
In the Games Room - Chill with your friends and enjoy a game of Fifa on our large projector screen. Also on offer table tennis, pool, music, table football and online access as well as FREE wifi.
Design, Cut and Print - This is an outstanding design programme where young people are supported to design their own brand, be creative and express themselves through fashion.
Driving and Hazard Perception Test available - come along and prepare for your test, practice as much as you like to ensure you pass first time.

The Avenues will provide you with a Judo jacket and belt, you just need to wear something comfortable (no jeans)
FUN, FRIENDLY AND FIT
Judo is a fun activity where children and young people don’t have to be particularly sporty. Targeting young people aged 8 - 15 we run classes for different abilities where they can develop their skills with others who know as much as they do and want to have fun and learn.
Learning the art of Judo can help with:
flexibility and a more positive attitude?
All young people wishing to take part in a Judo session are required to complete a short Health & Safety induction
